Refund or exchange
After checking, we refund to your card or ship the new size/colour.
Conditions
- You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange (right of withdrawal, Law No. 6502).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have their original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping with Yurtiçi Kargo using your return code is free. Parcels sent with another carrier or without a code may not be accepted.
- Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 14 days of receiving the item at the latest. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability; if the requested size/colour is out of stock, we refund you.
Damaged or wrong item?
