This privacy notice has been prepared by RE7EDİ to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL / KVKK"). It covers all visitors who use our website, create a membership, or make a purchase.

- Cargo and logistics companies: Name, address and phone number for delivery of your order
- Payment infrastructure providers: For secure completion of payment transactions
- Official authorities: In case of legal obligation or authorized request
Data sharing with third parties is kept to the minimum necessary for the performance of the service. Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data are deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the purpose of processing has ceased or the applicable legal retention periods have expired.
- Order and invoice records: 10 years as required by tax legislation
- Customer account data: For as long as the account is active; anonymised within 30 days of account deletion
- Cookie data: Session duration or up to 1 year
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data are being processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used in accordance with that purpose
- To learn the third parties to whom data are transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
- To request deletion or destruction of data within the scope of PDPL Art. 7
- To request notification of correction and deletion to third parties
- To object to a result arising from analysis of processed data exclusively by automated means that is to your detriment
- To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
