1. Parties
This agreement is concluded between the seller whose details are given below ("Seller") and the customer placing the order on re7edi.com ("Buyer"). The Buyer's name, address, phone and email are those entered during checkout.

2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the products listed in the Buyer's order, with the product name, quantity, size/colour, price including VAT and payment details shown on the checkout and order confirmation pages.
3. Price, payment & delivery
- All prices include VAT. Shipping within Turkey is free.
- Payment is made by credit/debit card via PayTR's secure 3D Secure page. Installment options, if any, are shown on that page.
- Orders are handed to Yurtiçi Kargo within 1–3 business days after payment and delivered to the address given by the Buyer. The legal maximum delivery period is 30 days.
- The risk of the goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer.
4. Right of withdrawal
- The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
- To use this right, the Buyer notifies the Seller via My Account / Order Tracking > Return, or by email to re73di@gmail.com, and ships the item back with the return code provided (free of charge).
- The Seller refunds the full amount to the payment card within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice/goods.
- Goods must be returned unused, with tags and packaging. Items that have been worn, washed or damaged, and underwear/swimwear for hygiene reasons, are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Regulation Art. 15).
5. Complaints & disputes
Complaints can be sent to re73di@gmail.com. For disputes, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
6. Validity
The Buyer confirms having read the Pre-Information Form and this Agreement and accepts them electronically when placing the order. A copy is available at any time on this page and in the order confirmation email.
