No. You can check out as a guest with your name, phone, email and address. An account lets you see all your orders and addresses in one place.

All Visa, Mastercard, TROY and American Express credit/debit cards. Payment is taken on PayTR's secure 3D Secure page; we never see or store your card number.

Yes. Installment options for your card are shown on the PayTR payment screen.

You can cancel it yourself until it is handed to the carrier (My Account > Orders). If it has already shipped, you can return it after delivery.

Yes, shipping is free on all orders within Turkey.

Orders are handed to Yurtiçi Kargo within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 3–5 business days in total. The product page shows an estimated delivery date.

Use the Order Tracking page with your order number and email. Once Yurtiçi scans your parcel, the tracking number and movements appear there and we also email you.

Our pieces have a relaxed / oversize fit. Take your usual size for a loose look or one size down for a closer fit. See the Size Guide for measurements.

Wash inside out at 30°C, do not tumble dry and do not iron over prints or stripes. Details are in the "Fabric & Care" section of each product.

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have their tags.

Members: My Account > Orders > Return/Exchange. Guests: Order Tracking page > enter order number + email > Return/Exchange. You will get a free Yurtiçi return code.

Once the item reaches us and is checked (usually 1–3 business days), the refund is sent to your card. Depending on your bank it may take a few days to appear.
